Mr. Bark began his career as an attorney in Florida as a Prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office in Brevard County. While in Brevard County, Mr. Bark tried numerous cases, made filing and appellate decisions, and assisted in training local law enforcement officers. In providing training to law enforcement, Mr. Bark taught techniques utilized during direct and cross examination while on the witness stand. In assisting law enforcement, Mr. Bark knows what the officers will say even before they do. While in Brevard County, Mr. Bark was recognized for his work by the Chief of Police for Satellite Beach, Chief Lionel Cote.

Mr. Bark then transferred to the State Attorney’s Office in Seminole County and continued his success in numerous jury trials. While in Seminole County, Mr. Bark was responsible for numerous cases that received media attention and the highest level of scrutiny by the general public. Mr. Bark has dealt with issues regarding the scientific validity and admissibility of the Intoxilyzer breath machine. Based on his achievements in the courtroom, Mr. Bark received the Prosecutor of the Year Award for Seminole County by the Mother’s Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
Prior to completing law school, Mr. Bark had the privilege of working with the highest court in the State of Maryland, the Maryland Court of Appeals, Maryland House of Delegates and is responsible for creating, planning and implementing the first mediation probate program in Maryland. Based on his experiences with the courts, legislature, and executive branch, Mr. Bark has a comprehensive understanding of how laws are created, interpreted and enforced. With this understanding, Mr. Bark is able to implement a strategy that can make the system work for you in achieving your desired results.
Mr. Bark strongly believes that before a person's inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness can be stripped away by the State Attorney’s Office, the prosecutor must prove its case with evidence at a trial beyond and to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt.
